Nanowrimo has begun! I understand that some people start writing at midnight. I waited until 7:45 am today.
I wrote a chapter of 2,928 words. It took me a full three hours, though, and I won’t always have that much time to write.
And they’re off!

You go, Jim! As one of your NaNoWriMo co-conspirators, I especially like your comment that placing your character in the time of your youth — should that be what happens — automatically makes it historical fiction. Ha ha. You know I can relate. My material is like a lava lamp. Here’s to being walking anachronisms.
