This is an online word processor — fast, free and easy to use. You don’t install anything. You don’t have to register to use it. It reads and edits all the major formats, so if you get a WordPerfect or OpenOffice or MSWord file and can’t open it because you don’t have the needed program on your computer, you can try this site. For the moment, AjaxWrite only works on the Firefox browser. Of course, as a web application, it works on any OS. (”AJAX” stands for “Asynchronous JavaScript And XML” — a programming technique that allows parts of a web page to be updated or changed without the entire page needing to be reloaded. It allows for web applications such as this one.)
